From Humble Beginnings
In 2017, I broke free from the corporate mold and decided to finally grow out my beard. In that world, a beard was seen as unprofessional — even frowned upon. But I was ready to embrace something real. Like many new beardsmen, I was unsure at first. Growing a beard can be intimidating when you're surrounded by guys with thick, powerful, well-groomed beards. But as my own beard started to grow in, so did my confidence. I began searching for quality grooming products to care for it properly — and that’s when I realized how frustrating the market truly was.
The Search for Something Better
There were endless options, but most of them were all hype and no substance. I tested countless oils and balms, and while a few were decent, most fell short. Some were packed with synthetic fillers, others were overpriced with no real results. I knew there had to be something better — something more authentic. So I dove into the beard grooming world headfirst. I learned everything I could about natural ingredients, beard care routines, and what separates a great product from a mediocre one. That same year, I decided to create what was missing. Viking Beard Brand was born.
The Launch of Viking Beard Brand
I spent months researching and testing until I found formulas that delivered real results. Everything we make is all-natural and built for performance — no filler oils, no synthetic junk, just high-quality grooming products that actually work. We launched on Amazon.ca and Amazon.com, and almost immediately, the feedback rolled in. Our social media presence exploded, and so did our reputation. Beardsmen across the country began calling our products the best they’d ever used. Our beard oil, beard balm, and beard kits were a hit — because they were built with intention, and because they worked.
